We took the boys to the Firehouse on Saturday to see the EMT and Firemen that came to our house on Wednesday. They were very excited about going. When we got there the EMT that worked on Aden and stayed in the ER with us was one of the first guys to the door. He was so awesome talking to Aden and telling him how glad he was that he was all better. All the firemen and the Chief came out front to talk to us about what happened and they were all AMAZED that Aden was doing so well. The EMT told me that he went back to the hospital on Wed evening to check on Aden and was so relieved to hear that we were released and at home. Asher saw the living room with big screen TV and the weight room and told me he thought it was cool that the firemen got to sleep and eat there while they were working. We were there visiting for about 15 minutes until they had to respond to a construction fire. So we watched as they all rushed out and got in the Ambulance and Engine, turned on the lights and headed out of the garage. The guys at Station 2 were so nice and they told the boys to come back and visit anytime. The boys just thought it was the greatest thing in the world.
