We called the city to see if they do any recognitions in these scenarios. We were given some paperwork to fill out and submit to the Mayor. Then he decides if, when and how recognition is given. We want to make sure Asher knows what a great part he played in saving his brother's life. The Mayor could have Asher recognized privately, at a Council Meeting or even call a Press Conference. He may even name an "Asher Yearout Day" after him. We'll have to wait and see, but are definitely excited to have him recognized as a Hero!
